OC Opt-Out Clerk
A filing service, not a software dashboard

Get your name, address, and phone off people-search sites.

People-search sites collect public records and publish lookup pages with your name, relatives, current and past addresses, and phone numbers. We search those sites, file each site's official opt-out request, and send you a written status report.

First report in 7 days. No Social Security number, no passwords, and no copies of your ID stored with us.

Why people pay for this

The official opt-out forms are free. Doing them well is not. Each site has a different form, many hide behind captchas and emailed links, and listings often come back when the site re-imports public records.

Paid removal companies already sell this as a subscription. Incogni's own pricing page lists Standard at $7.99 a month when billed annually ($95.88 a year) or $15.98 billed month to month, and says recurring removals are part of the plan. A Consumer Reports study of people-search removal services recorded industry fees from $19.99 per year to more than $1,000 per year.

We do the visible work by hand: the people-search pages that show up when someone types a name, plus the larger broker opt-outs that feed those pages.

What we will not claim

  • We cannot delete court records, news articles, social-media posts, or your credit file.
  • We cannot make Google itself forget you. Google shows other sites' pages. When those pages come down, the search results usually follow.
  • We do not buy fake takedowns, and we do not submit forged identification.
  • If a site requires you to upload an ID, you send it to that site. Not to us.

How a Sweep works

1. You send an intake packet

Your legal name, other names you use, cities, and any listing URLs you already found. No Social Security number and no ID photos.

2. We search and file

We look you up on 50+ people-search and broker destinations and submit each site's official opt-out or deletion request for every listing we find.

3. You get a written report

Within 7 days you receive a site-by-site report: listing found, request filed, waiting on a link they emailed you, or no listing found.

Questions people ask

Is this the same as DeleteMe or Incogni?

No. Those are software-led subscription products that advertise hundreds of brokers. We are a small human filing desk focused on the people-search pages you can actually see, plus the broker forms that feed them. You get a written report with URLs, not only a dashboard score.

If I live in California, should I just use DROP?

Yes, use it. DROP is free for California residents at privacy.ca.gov/drop and sends one request to over 600 registered data brokers. We include a walkthrough. We still search the people-search sites separately because some lookup pages keep republishing public records, and DROP is only for California residents.

How long until a listing disappears?

Some sites say 24 to 48 hours. Others say about three days. A few take up to 45 days. Your report tells you what each site stated when we filed.

What if you find nothing?

If we file zero requests because we find no listings under the names and cities you gave us, we refund the Sweep. If we found listings and filed, the work has been done and the Sweep is not refundable.

Do I need to be on a call?

Usually no. If a site emails you a confirmation link, we will tell you which inbox to check and what to click. You can add a call if you want someone to walk through it with you.

Who is this for?

Anyone who searched their own name and does not want their home address or phone published on lookup sites. Teachers, nurses, journalists, and anyone receiving strange calls after a number appears online often start here.
